There's whitewater on Cache La Poudre River for all you thrill seekers, and there are plenty of folks from Fort Collins-Loveland here. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Cache La Poudre River - North Fork       near Black Lake, and Black Lake is a brilliant site to visit for more than one day, Pawnee - Arapaho National Forest is a brilliant site to camp nearby. Not far from Black Lake, you'll stumble on Dixon Reservoir which is a stunning lake, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Greyrock Trail. Summer at Black Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter                  comes with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Black Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes?
