Colorado has many beautiful lakes and Black Lake is one of them. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great planet it would be. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Black Lake highs are generally in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. | | Lake. Gotta ski! Breckenridge is a nice place to do that; Carbonate Copper Mountain is a tremendous site to get some rest.
It is very dry here at Black Lake typically; the month with most of the rain is July, and February meanwhile is the driest month. A lake close by is Black Lake Number 1 Reservoir, and a splendid location to camp here at Black Lake is Black Lakes Campground. This lake is so wonderful. and get covered with water paddling on Arkansas River.
Drift down the rapids of Arkansas River in a kayak, and why not take a little journey to Corral Creek while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. The panorama of pretty
Uneva Peak near Black Lake is splendid, and the slopes of Copper Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. Camping is available at Gore Creek Campground, and the Wheeler Dillion Trail offers hiking at its best.
At Black Lake
you always meet someone from Silverthorne, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Deluge Lake Trail. A pleasant nearby hotel is Copper Mountain Resort, and do take a hike on the Wheeler Trail.
