Bison Park Reservoir is a nice lake to visit. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. There's so much to do here at Bison Park Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Gold Mountain is a wonderful site for that, and Country Lodge is a great spot to get some rest. The scenery at Bison Park Dam in close proximity to Bison Park Reservoir is pretty; Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is a perfect national park. Bison Park Reservoir is located

It is very dry here at Bison Park Reservoir regularly; the wettest month of the year is typically July, that's the one that rains the most while January is regularly the driest month. From Bison Park Reservoir you get a magnificent panorama of Cow Mountain, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Indian Trail. Throughout the long summer days here at Bison Park Reservoir, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's, and
the night is a little cooler of course, commonly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; overnight lows in the-10's for Bison Park Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. This is no spot for people who don’t like
to enjoy themselves. East Fork West Beaver Creek flows through this vicinity; dry warm beds await you at The Cliff House Hotel at Pikes Peak.
This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Clyde Campground is a nice site to do that; going for a hike along the Barr Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.
