Big Rainbow Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. So much amusing stuff to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains, not enough time. Hiking along the McIntyre Lake Trail is tremendous fun, and nearby you stumble on Grassy Pass which is a great place to check out. Just can't get enough of Big Rainbow Lake. While you're here at Big Rainbow Lake, you could also go to gorgeous Kelly Lake, and let's not forget Camp Creek which is a stream that

| | you may encounter during your stay. Cache La Poudre River is a tremendous whitewater spot close to Big Rainbow Lake, and Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr is a great place to get some rest.

see much rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; January on the other hand is the driest. Take a hike on the Rawah Trail. There's so much to do here at Big Rainbow Lake that you need to camp here for a
while, Browns Park Campground is a nice place for that.
There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Big Rainbow Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Hooligan Roost Campground is
a magnificent local campground; a good location for whitewater paddling is Joe Wright Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the North Fork Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; Jewel Lake
is a nearby lake that you could explore. Big Rainbow Lake is located in the Medicine Bow Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Swamps are attention-grabbing places and Rawah Bog in the neighborhood of Big Rainbow Lake is no exception; Sheep Mountain can be spotted from Big Rainbow Lake.
