     You'll find a charming lake called Wild Cow Reservoir near Bench Reservoir, and some exciting geology is available here, Pease Point is right here. Bench Reservoir is ordinarily a rather waterless spot; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while June is frequently the driest month. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Spring Creek Trail, and a brilliant nearby hotel is Echo Basin Dude And Guest Ranch, LLC. But wait, there's more  
   to do in close proximity to Bench Reservoir.
This place, Bench Reservoir, it completely has so much outdoors cool stuff. There's pleasant hiking along the Eagle Peak Trail, and don’t forget to explore Hooray Flats if you're here at Bench Reservoir. All our national parks are delightful locations to have a look at, and Mesa Verde National Park is no exception, and West Dolores Campground is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful.                like Hap Reservoir next to Bench Reservoir is a nice location to have a look at; hiking is a popular thing to do around Bench Reservoir; Stoner Mesa Trail is a great local trail.
If you need a location to stay Dunton Hot Springs is a good choice, and Cold Spring is an inspiring location to check out while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Dolores River offers some delightful whitewater; one of the dominant marks of the surroundings of Bench Reservoir is Nipple Mountain. It's a tremendous idea to visit Deer Creek, it's in the vicinity of Bench Reservoir, and Bench Reservoir is a great place to visit for more than one day, Mavreeso Campground is a great place to camp nearby.
For the duration of the warmest time of the year highs here at Bench Reservoir get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Bench Reservoir overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's.

Summit Lake was constructed in 1905 and reconstructed and enlarged in 1938. It is owned and operated by the Summit Reservoir and Irrigation Company. It contains 402 surfqace acres when full. The lake is stocked with fish by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) and open for public fishing. Public access is from highway 184 on the north side of the lake. There is a boat ramp. Fishing is allowed from the bank or from hand powered or trolling motor powered boats only. The public access is maintained by the DOW. The only facilities present is a boat ramp and a pit toilet. No fires, swimming or overnight camping is allowed....

Puett Reservoir

A.M. Puett Reservoir was originally constructed in 1905, and then reconstructed in 1960. It contains 163 surface acres when full and is owned and operated by the Summit Reservoir and Irrigation Company. The lake is stocked with fish by the Colorado Division of Wildlife and open for public fishing from the bank and from trolling motor powered boats. No swimming is allowed. The lake is on private land and access is limited to 3 feet above the high water line....
