This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Joe Wright Creek. You'll stumble on a wonderful lake called Twin Crater Lakes near Bench Lake, and hiking along the North Fork Trail is great fun. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Medicine Bow Mountains will keep you coming back many times. Getting to West Branch Laramie River from Bench Lake is easy; Sheep Mountain is wonderful and can be observed from here.       This lake is so wonderful. A picturesque lake like Rockhole Lake in close proximity to Bench Lake is a magnificent spot to stop by; Bench Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Tunnel Campground is a delightful local campground. Bench Lake is a location that is relatively dehydrated commonly; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is January. This lake is located in the wonderful Medicine Bow Mountains.                  A great nearby hotel is Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr, and a perfect site to camp here at Bench Lake is Skyline Campground. Yeah, come up here to the Medicine Bow Mountains for a nice time. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Rawah Trail, and drift down the rapids of Cache La Poudre River in a kayak. Any time is a perfect time at Bench Lake if you go for the outdoors. Going for a hike along the West Branch Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; a nice location to stop at close by is Grassy Pass. At Bench Lake through the summertime months highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 30's.
