If you are in Grand county it's always a good idea to stop by Bench Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There are great locations to discover along the Lake Nanita Trail, and Ptarmigan Mountain is lovely and can be seen from here. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Bench Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 30's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bench

in a day to enjoy the Front Range. Dry warm beds await you at Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr; why not head up to Berthoud Pass and strap some skis to your feet. Camping is available at Harbison Campground; going for a hike on the
North Inlet Trail is always a good adventure. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the Front Range. You can run the rapids of Fraser River close to Bench Lake, and a brilliant location to camp here at Bench Lake is Endovalley
Campground. Bench Lake is one of the lakes here in the Front Range. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of SolVista is just what you need, and swing by Hallett Creek it's a magnificent site to visit. Go for a hike on
the Flattop Mountain Trail, and Ptarmigan Pass is also a great spot to discover. A lake nearby is Murphy Lake, and the views at Rocky Mountain National Park will blow your mind.
