What a nice lake Beaver Park Reservoir is. What a spot this is for outdoors people. The Spruce Lodge is a splendid place to get some rest, and don't leave Beaver Park Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Laughlin Stock Driveway. Beaver Park Dam is striking and it's in close proximity to Beaver Park Reservoir, and going for a hike on the Wolf Creek Stock Driveway is always a good adventure. Beaver Park Reservoir typically gets a large amount of rain;

You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the San Juan Mountains has to offer. Agua Ramon Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting, and there are tremendous locations to look at along the Dry Creek Stock Driveway. Rio Grande has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Beaver Park Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at River's
Edge RV Resort. The San Juan Mountains scenery is always beautiful. High temperatures at Beaver Park Reservoir through the summertime are in the 60's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime
are ordinarily in the 30's; overnight lows at Beaver Park Reservoir during the winter usually sink into the 0's.
