This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Georgetown is a brilliant site to spend a night or two, and the sight of charming Epaulet Mountain is great. So many cool things to do at Beartrack Lakes, so little time. There are other places here than Beartrack Lakes, for example Roosevelt Lakes, and a spree to Summit Lake Flats rejuvenates the spirit. This lake is so wonderful. Beartrack       Lakes is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Deer Creek Campground is a glorious local campground, and obviously Tumbling Creek is a pretty stream that is worth going to. An average amount of precipitation falls at Beartrack Lakes; April is the month that gets the most snow, and October on the other hand is the driest. You can run the rapids of Clear Creek close to Beartrack Lakes. Lakes? Sure, Little Beartrack Lakes is in the vicinity. But wait,                  there's more cool things to do in the Front Range. Good hiking is available along the Chicago Lakes Trail, and if you came to camp Beartrack Campground is a delightful spot to do that. Having a good time in the Front Range is trouble-free. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Arapahoe Basin, and a great spot to stop at close by is Ohio Gulch. There's glorious hiking along the Abyss Trail. Go for a hike on the Rosalie Trail; dry warm beds await you at Georgetown Mountain Inn. Summertime at Beartrack Lakes comes with high temperatures in the 60's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 30's.
