The beauty of Bear Lake attracts many people from all around. Bear Lake is a location that is pretty dehydrated regularly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is mostly the driest month. Take a hike on the Highline Trail; if the weather is wonderful, you acquire a good sight of Galena Mountain from Bear Lake. Man, is there heaps of entertaining stuff to do in the Sawatch Range. Hiking along the Mount Massive Trail is magnificent

| | fun, and there's whitewater on Homestake Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
If only every location had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great planet it would be. Bear Lake is one of the lakes here in the Sawatch Range. A delightful lake like Galena Lake in the vicinity of Bear Lake is a fine place to stop by, and everybody close by loves skiing at Ski Cooper.

Bear Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Belle of Colorado Campground is a splendid local campground. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable stuff to do in the vicinity of Bear Lake. Bear Creek is a stream that you may
bump into during your stay, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Main Range Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch is a good choice; you can run the rapids of Arkansas
River.
A good nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - Leadville. There's so much to do here at Bear Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mary Queen Campground is a fine site for that. So much fun stuff to do here in the Sawatch
Range, too nice to be true. Gotta ski! Vail is a perfect site to do that, and if you're a golfer then a wonderful nearby course is MT Massive Golf Course. Summertime highs at Bear Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's, and during
summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Bear Lake temperatures descend to the 0's.
