Lakes? Sure, McAndrews Lake is around here; going for a hike on the Dragon Douglas Trail is always a great adventure. If only every spot had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great earth it would be. This lake is one of the great places here in the Escalante Breaks. You'll in fact wish for       more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Escalante Breaks. A perfect close by hotel is Blue Mountain Inn and Suites, and Columbine Spring is an inspiring spot to pop by during your stay. This lake is so wonderful. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can visit Baxter Dam; Mark Reservoir Number 1 is a glorious lake nearby. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Baxter Reservoir while night lows are regularly in                  the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Baxter Reservoir.
