During the long summer days highs here at Barton Porter Reservoir reach the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and winter       nights come with lows in the 0's to Barton Porter Reservoir. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Colorado River, and of course, this is a brilliant region for people who like lakes, Porter Reservoir is a lake in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. Glenwood SPGS Golf Club is a golf course in the vicinity of Barton Porter Reservoir, and a wonderful close by hotel is Clarion Collection Glenwood Springs.
