Not far from Barton Porter Reservoir you get some splendid water scenery at Barton Porter Dam. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is magnificent here at Barton Porter Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Last Chance Trail; unsurprisingly, this       is a splendid neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Porter Reservoir is a lake in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Barton Porter Reservoir without first paying a visit to South Canyon Hot Springs, and while you're here you can play some golf at Glenwood SPGS Golf Club. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Barton Porter Reservoir. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's.
