This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is glorious on South Platte River - North Fork; let's not forget Dry Creek which is a stream that
you may come across while here. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Camp Rock Campground while you're here at Barker Meadow Reservoir; you need to go to Captains Rock if you're here.
Good hiking is available along the Rosalie
Trail; Barker Meadow Reservoir is near Haystack Canyon which is definitely worth going to. Just can't get enough of the Front Range. Camping is available at Arapaho Springs Campground, and if you're here at Barker Meadow Reservoir it's a great idea to visit Groundhog Flat.
