During the warmest time of the year at Ballinger Reservoir temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Ballinger Reservoir.       Parmalee Dam is wonderful and it's near Ballinger Reservoir; Loveland Station Campground is a great campground nearby. Ballinger Reservoir is pretty dehydrated typically; most of the rain falls during May, and the driest month is February. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Playing golf is lots of fun at Ute Creek Golf Course, and during your tour here you'll meet some people from Boulder for sure. This lake is so wonderful.
