There's so much to do here at Ball Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Baughn Lake Campground is a splendid place for that, and paddling on White River - North Fork is so much fun. A fine close by hotel is Oak Tree Inn Yampa. The scenery at Gill Reservoir Dam near Ball Lake is striking, and Gill Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could pop by.       Yep, outdoors entertaining things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Ball Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Ball Lake; Ute Trail is a fine local trail, and why not stop at nearby Cyclone Creek since you're here at Ball Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
