If you are in Jefferson county it's always a good idea to stop by Baehr Reservoir. Baehr Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Front Range. Quality Suites Evergreen is a great site to get some rest; a magnificent site is Buck Gulch. And if that's not enough there's lots more cool things to do in the Front Range. A great location for whitewater paddling next to Baehr Reservoir is South Platte River - North Fork, and the Payne Creek Trail offers hiking at

Around Baehr Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most, and January is the month with the least moisture. Baehr Reservoir really is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. If you came for an overnight stay Tramway Campground is a good location to camp, and South Platte River - North Fork is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. The warmest time of the year | |

you may imagine that's a lot but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Front Range. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Littleton, Co. The scenery at Baehr Dam close to Baehr Reservoir is delightful;
good hiking is available along the Rolling Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Buffalo Creek Campground if you're here at Baehr Reservoir, and there's tremendous hiking along the Pine Ridge Trail.
