Summertime highs at Aubert Reservoir typically tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Aubert Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Hay Press Campground is always a wonderful experience; you can take a little visit to Aubert Dam while you're here at Aubert Reservoir. Now,       you may think that's plenty but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. You're probably keen on lakes, Gobbo Reservoir Number 2 is one of those close by; Colorado National Monument is a great local destination. Not much rainfall falls here at Aubert Reservoir; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
