Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Aspen Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Dunton Hot Springs is a magnificent choice;       Big Spring is a striking place to stop at while you're at Aspen Reservoir. All the outdoors amusing things in the neighborhood of Aspen Reservoir will keep you coming back time and again. Hiking along the Twin Spring Trail is glorious fun, and Aspen Reservoir is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, West Dolores Campground is a delightful local campground. At Aspen Reservoir you don’t see much rain; July is when you get the most rain here; February                  is when it's the driest. Echo Basin Dude And Guest Ranch, LLC is a great place to get some rest, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Stoner Mesa Trail. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit Bench Spring Reservoir close to Aspen Reservoir; a wonderful location to camp here at Aspen Reservoir is Mavreeso Campground.
