Why not stop by Arrowhead Lake if you're passing through these parts. You clearly should like the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Going for a hike on the Turkey Lake Trail is always a good adventure; a pleasant nearby hotel is Fairfield Pagosa Resort. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit San Juan River; the Martinez Creek Trail is a brilliant hiking trail nearby. These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining things to do in the San

| | Juan and Jemez Mountains. Visit North Fork Little Pagosa Creek if you're here at Arrowhead Lake, and Monk Rock is an exciting spot to have a look at while at Arrowhead Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The Keyhole is delightful and can be seen from Arrowhead Lake; Lost Valley is also a good spot to look at. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Fourmile Lake, and there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Fourmile | |

Stock Trail. Not much rain falls here at Arrowhead Lake; through July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is June. Arrowhead Lake is a beautiful lake in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. During the days
of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Arrowhead Lake, and the overnight is a bit colder of course, mostly in the 30's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Arrowhead Lake.
There are some brilliant whitewater spots on San Juan River. There's so much to do here at Arrowhead Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sportsman Supply & Campground is a splendid place for that. Just can't get enough
of Arrowhead Lake. It's always tremendous to visit Piedra Falls, and what would winter be without some skiing at Wolf Creek. Pagosa Lodge is a brilliant place to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Arrowhead
Lake has to offer, you can camp at Middle Fork Hunter Campground. So many cool things to do at Arrowhead Lake, so little time.
