The high level of rainfall makes Lake Ann a rather wet location; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most snow; June is when it's the driest. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There is a delightful hiking trail close to Lake Ann called the Continental Divide Trail, and a wonderful place for whitewater paddling is San Juan River       - East Fork. Lake Ann is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Fish Lake Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Lakes? Sure, Fish Lake is close at hand. Throughout the summertime at Lake Ann highs are frequently in the 60's, and the overnight is a little chillier of course, ordinarily in the 40's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's; all through the dark hours in the                  winter at Lake Ann temperatures descend to the 0's. You think that's enough?
