Throughout the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Lake Ann. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lake Ann you can take a hike along the Continental Divide Trail, of course you could also visit Fish Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. On a glorious day at Lake Ann you can take a hike along the Fish Creek       Trail, and if you came to camp Mix Lake Campground is a glorious site to do that. Lake Ann is a beautiful lake in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. A large amount of rainfall falls at Lake Ann; through March this area sees the most snow, and June is when it's the driest. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Lake Ann rules! You can run the rapids of San Juan River - East Fork close to Lake Ann; close by you stumble on Gunsight Pass which is a great                  place to have a look at. All the outdoors fun things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. Holiday Inn Express PAGOSA SPRINGS is a wonderful location to get some rest. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. If the weather is good here at Lake Ann, you can go for a hike along the Fish Lake Trail.
