A great place to camp here at Anderson Reservoir is Weir and Johnson Campground; a visit to Sheep Flats revitalizes the spirit. Anderson Reservoir is a location that is pretty dry mostly; the wettest month of the year is usually March, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is June. At Anderson Reservoir throughout the summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's.
