Anderson Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Some close by water includes Galena Creek, and The Alpenblick By Aspen Lodging Company is a fine place to get some rest. If the weather is brilliant here at Anderson Lake, you can go for a hike along the Timberline Trail, and from Anderson Lake you get a great panorama of Larson Peak.
Man, is there lots of cool things to do in the Sawatch Range. Everybody

Anderson Lake is located in the Sawatch Range. Just can't get enough of Anderson Lake. You can run the rapids of Lake Creek right next door to Anderson Lake. There's so much to do here at
Anderson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dorchester Campground is a brilliant place for that. A magnificent site for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Anderson Lake is Roaring Fork, and dry warm beds await you at
VillaHotel Bears Creek.
You just have to go for the Sawatch Range. On a great day at Anderson Lake you can take a hike along the Matchless Trail; the slopes of Aspen Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. This lake is so
wonderful. While you're here at Anderson Lake you can take a hike along the Star Trail, and if you've had enough of Anderson Lake, Jack Lake is nearby.
