Alverjones Lake is a quite wet place commonly with a lot of rain; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most snow, and June meanwhile is the driest month. There's wonderful hiking along the Elk Creek Trail, and Conejos River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. Yeah, come up here to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains for a delightful time. Alverjones       Lake is not the only place nearby, Hourglass Lake is a nearby lake, and Branding Iron Motel is a great site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. The Ruybalid Trail offers hiking at its best, and a tremendous location to camp here at Alverjones Lake is Conejos Campground. Be careful coming to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, you might not ever wanna go home again. Whitewater paddling is                  great on Rio de los Pinos; camping is available at Spectacle Lake Campground. If you get bored of Alverjones Lake, you could also stop by nearby Burro Lake, and East Canon Escondido is unquestionably a delightful location to have a look at. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Alverjones Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Alverjones Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
