Allen Reservoir is a splendid spot to visit for more than one day, Antone Spring Campground is a splendid spot to camp nearby; a stunning lake like Bull Pond is a magnificent site to explore. Going for a hike along the Telephone Draw Trail will let you                  absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity It's always pleasant to have a look at Cy Orr Spring. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Horsefly Trail; Miramonte Reservoir Campground is a fine campground nearby. Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of San Miguel River, and Allen Draw is another magnificent place to visit nearby. Summertime at Allen Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's.
