Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Central Sierra Nevada is excellent! Camping is available at Reverse Creek Campground, and if you're looking for a great journey, Devils Postpile National Monument is pretty near. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Sherwin       Lakes Trail. Lakes are great; Gull Lake is a lake that's near Yost Lake. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Yost Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 30's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Yost Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. The summit of Carson Peak can be distinguished from Yost Lake, and the snow is good at June Mountain. A day on the slopes of                  Mammoth Mountain is just what you need; you're perhaps addicted to lakes, Fern Lake is one of those close by. Yost Lake is right by the John Muir Trail - section 2, and dry warm beds await you at Snowbird Condos at Mammoths Canyon Lodge. That right there is loads already, but it keeps on going; Yost Lake has it all. Hiking along the Mammoth Rock Trail is perfect fun; Heidelberg Inn is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A good location to camp here at Yost Lake is Grant Lake Marina-campground; Yost Meadow is a nice place. The amount of rainfall that falls at Yost Lake is close to the national average; most of the snow falls through January; June meanwhile is the driest month. Now, you may assume that's a lot but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada.
