This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Thirty-nine Mile Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Pine Cone Acre Motel. Wrights Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Silver Creek - South Fork; a lake nearby is Dark Lake. Through the summer highs here at Wrights Lake       get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's, and night lows throughout the winter for Wrights Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Wrights Lake, you could also pop by nearby Beauty Lake, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sierra at Tahoe while you're here. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Northern                  Sierra Nevada. Don't leave Wrights Lake without first going for a hike along the Highland Trail, and you can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at Homewood.
