Why not stop by Wright Lake if you're passing through these parts. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The San Gabriel Mountains is so good! At Wright Lake you always meet someone from Los Angeles-Long Beach-Santa Ana, and nearby you hit upon the Baldy Trail which is a nice hiking trail. If you're here, you might as well have a look at Acorn Canyon, and a gorgeous lake like Twin Lakes is a perfect place to explore. Now, you may think that's heaps but

| | there's even more amusing things to do here in the San Gabriel Mountains. There is a tremendous hiking trail close to Wright Lake called the Pacific Crest Trail - section 7, and Wright Mountain is simple to spot from Wright Lake.
Wright Lake in fact is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Camping is available at Kare Camp Campground, and Mountain High is a glorious local ski area. The San Gabriel Mountains scenery is always beautiful. GuestHouse | |

Inn and Stes Upland is a fine site to get some rest, and the Dawson Peak Trail is a perfect hiking trail nearby.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Wright Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down
into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 60's with temperatures at Wright Lake dipping down into the 40's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Best Western Cajon Pass is a magnificent
choice, and a nice place to camp here at Wright Lake is Table Mt Camp Ground. Wright Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year February is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is July.
This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Ski Sunrise are so inviting nobody can resist.
