Oceanside Golf Course is a good golf course close by; if you came to camp Casitas Poquitos RV Park is a pleasant place to do that. Summertime highs at Windmill Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are typically in the 60's; nighttime lows in the 40's for Windmill Lake. Windmill Lake is frequently       a pretty dry place; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month is July. Lakes are nice; Foss Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Windmill Lake, and Oceanside City Beach is a beach close by that you can stop by.
