Not much precipitation falls here at Williams Reservoir; the wettest month of the year is frequently December, that's the one that snows the most, and July on the other hand is the driest. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Southern Cascade Range, too tremendous to be true. Duncan Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop at. You'll need more than a day to discover everything       Williams Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Howards Gulch Campground. Rail Mountain is a peak you can catch a sight of from Williams Reservoir, and do stop at Widow Valley since you're here at Williams Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Hog Lake. There's so much to do here at Williams Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Belly Acres Campground is a great place for that. All through the warm months at Williams Reservoir                  highs are regularly in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Williams Reservoir temperatures plunge to the 10's.
