It's always fun to stop by Wildcat Lake. Wildcat Beach is near Wildcat Lake if you're in a beach type of mood; what would a place like Wildcat Lake be without exciting close by traits like Arch Rock. Alamere Falls is always fun to check out, and Wildcat Lake is a good location to visit for more than one day, Olema Ranch Campgrounds is a good location to camp nearby. Sheraton San Rafael is a glorious choice. For the duration of the summer months, highs frequently are in the 80's at Wildcat Lake, and the night is fairly colder of course, mostly in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's,
and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Wildcat Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Ocean Lake, and great hiking is available along the Highland
Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Wildcat Lake a wet site; throughout the month of January you get the most rain around here, and July is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A quick journey to Alamere
Creek in close proximity to Wildcat Lake is a magnificent idea; you can hit the beach if you want, Kelham Beach is practically right here.
