Summertime highs at Wet Meadows Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. Through the winter highs are frequently in the 30's, and overnight lows at Wet Meadows Reservoir during the wintertime regularly dip into the 10's. at Bear Valley. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Kirkwood is one of those things you just must do, and if you come at the right time of year, Carson River - East Fork offers some delightful whitewater. And that's not everything
you can do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Wet Meadows Reservoir; Burnside Lake Trail is a brilliant local trail, and a pleasant nearby hotel is The Mountain Club. A perfect site to camp
here at Wet Meadows Reservoir is Lower Blue Lake Campground, and a nice spot like Indian Valley here at Wet Meadows Reservoir is too magnificent to miss. Wet Meadows Reservoir is a relatively wet place frequently with lots of rain;
during January this area sees the most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month. So much exciting stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada, just astonishing. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section
13; it's a glorious idea to stop by Jeff Davis Creek. Here at Wet Meadows Reservoir there are plenty of people from Gardnerville Ranchos.
