There's so much to do here at Vasona Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Saratoga Springs Campground is a pleasant site for that; you'll meet a lot of folks from San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara here. Vasona Dam is lovely and it's right next door to Vasona Reservoir; not far from Vasona Reservoir you'll locate Tisdale Reservoir which is a gorgeous lake. So much enjoyable stuff in the Santa Cruz Mountains, just       mind-blowing. If you came to camp Aloha Mobile Village and Trailer is a great spot to do that, and there's wonderful hiking along the Summit Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Santa Cruz Mountains. It is very dried up here at Vasona Reservoir generally; January is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Trappers Trail, and there's whitewater on San                  Lorenzo River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Through the summertime highs here at Vasona Reservoir get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's while Vasona Reservoir overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 40's. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Hotel Los Gatos is a splendid choice; a round of golf at nearby Pruneridge Golf Club is a perfect way to kill some time. So much entertaining stuff to do at Vasona Reservoir, so little time. Lakes? Sure, Lexington Reservoir is nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Los Gatos Lodge. And that's not everything you can do here in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
