Near Upper Gaylor Lake you come across Glacier Canyon which is a brilliant site to check out, and Yosemite Gateway Motel is a wonderful place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Mine Creek flows through this vicinity, and charming scenery and great skiing is what you get at June Mountain. So much exciting stuff to do at Upper Gaylor Lake, so little time. Gaylor Peak can be observed from Upper Gaylor Lake; Gaylor Lakes is a nearby lake that you could visit. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada.
