Summertime highs at Upper Emerald Lake typically tend to be in the 60's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Sequoia Inn is a great spot to get some rest; the summit of Eagle Hill can be distinguished from Upper Emerald Lake. Just can't get enough of Upper Emerald Lake. If the weather is great here at Upper Emerald Lake, you can go for a
hike along the Alambique Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Trailer Rancho is a wonderful place to camp.
