If you are in this part of California make sure to pay a visit to Upper Blue Lake. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is plentiful here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Hit the slopes at Bear Valley nearby, and at Upper Blue Lake you can see The Nipple. If you need a place to stay Pine Cone Acre Motel is a good choice; don't forget to take a perfect little trip to Middle Creek. So much enjoyable stuff right next door to Upper Blue Lake, definitely tremendous.

There's good hiking along the Emigrant Trail, and Upper Blue Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Middle Creek Campground is a splendid local campground. location for that; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Carson River - East Fork. Having a pleasant time at Upper Blue Lake is painless. Dry warm beds await you at Harvest Inn-St Helena,
Napa Valley, and don't leave Upper Blue Lake without first going for a hike along the Charity Valley Trail. Through the summer months here at Upper Blue Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 70's. During the moonlight
hours it's frequently in the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Upper Blue Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Lost Lakes is
close by, and if you come at the right time of year, Mokelumne River - North Fork offers some good whitewater. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. You're sure to encounter some smiling people from Gardnerville
Ranchos here, and pleasant hiking is available along the Burnside Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Kirkwood; everyone loves Border Ruffian Flat. Upper Blue Lake is a reasonably
wet place frequently with a good deal of precipitation; the month with most of the snow is January, and the driest month is July.
