A visit to Union Hill Pond is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is good on Trinity River, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Divide Trail. An average amount of rain falls at Union Hill Pond; the wettest month of the year is regularly December, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is July. Camp Gulch is next to Union Hill Pond and is undeniably a magnificent spot to pop by, and camping is available at Camp Poker Bar. For the period of the warm months at Union Hill Pond highs are regularly in the 90's while night lows are mostly in the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 40's, and night lows throughout the winter for Union Hill Pond tend to be in the 30's. Why not | |

Union Hill Pond, and the Bluford Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You're in all probability hooked on lakes, East Weaver Lake is one of those nearby, and Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is a pleasant
national park. Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Klamath Mountains. Take a little spree to Indian Creek while you're here at Union Hill Pond. Lakes are good; Rush Creek Lakes is a lake that's close to Union Hill Pond.
