Yeah, come here to Twin Lakes Reservoir for a great time. Hit the slopes at Kirkwood close at hand; after a long day outdoors Pine Cone Acre Motel is a wonderful place to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself
into a kayak and hit American River - South Fork; dry warm beds await you at Best Tahoe West Inn. A pleasant site like Emigrant Valley here at Twin Lakes Reservoir is too pleasant to miss, and if you're here you can take a hike along
the Charity Valley Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Twin Lakes Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Caples Lake Campground; a charming lake like Caples Lake is a glorious location to explore.
