This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant close by hotel is Quiet Creek Inn, and Twin Lakes is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, Kamp-anza Kampground and RV Park is a wonderful place to camp nearby. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Santa Rosa Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. If you fancy a little side spree, try Iron Spring Canyon, and there are splendid places to explore along the Ramona Trail. Be careful coming to Twin

| | Lakes, you might not ever want to return back home again. Lakes are great; Twin Lakes is a lake that's right next door to Twin Lakes, and there's magnificent hiking along the Aguanga Trail. Yeah, come up here to the Santa Rosa Mountains for a magnificent time. A swamp like Cooper Cienega near Twin Lakes has lots of exciting things to see. outdoors Idyllwild Inn is a magnificent site to spend a night or two. Around Twin Lakes you don’t get a lot of rainfall; throughout January this area sees the most rain; June is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the
warm months, highs mostly are in the 90's at Twin Lakes with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 60's, and night lows at Twin Lakes all through the wintertime ordinarily drop into the 30's.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Santa Rosa Mountains. Don't leave Twin Lakes without first going for a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 3; you can stay the night at Cowboy Country Campground.
