Acorn Canyon is a splendid place to stop at close by; obviously, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Pacific Crest Reservoir is a lake in the vicinity. If you came for an overnight stay Table Mt Camp Ground is a delightful spot to camp, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Los Angeles-Long Beach-Santa Ana here. This       lake is so wonderful. A wonderful nearby hotel is Best Western Cajon Pass; the Baldy Trail offers hiking at its best. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the San Gabriel Mountains, too great to be true. Gotta ski! Mountain High is a fine spot to do that, and don't leave Twin Lakes without first going for a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 7. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Twin Lakes, and during the night it cools                  down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 60's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Twin Lakes dip into the 40's. Man, is there a heap of cool things to do in the San Gabriel Mountains. GuestHouse Inn and Stes Upland is a magnificent place to get some rest; Pauite Campground is a magnificent campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Very picturesque scenery and great skiing is what you get at Ski Sunrise, and you're in all probability keen on lakes, Wright Lake is one of those nearby. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Gabriel Mountains. The sight of lovely Wright Mountain near Twin Lakes is splendid, and there's brilliant hiking along the Dawson Peak Trail.
