The beauty of Twin Lakes is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Central Sierra Nevada. There is a great hiking trail near Twin Lakes called the Mammoth Rock Trail, and camping is available at Inyo Craters Campground. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at June Mountain is fine, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Mono Creek. Twin Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada.

| | Having a pleasant time at Twin Lakes is uncomplicated. Why not go to close by Cold Water Creek since you're here at Twin Lakes; 1849 Condos at Canyon Lodge is a good site to get some rest. All the outdoors fun things near Twin Lakes will keep you coming back persistently. Bottomless Pit is a tremendous site to check out; you might also want to pay a visit to Mammoth Pass since you're here at Twin Lakes. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy | |

all the amusing things in the Central Sierra Nevada. Dry warm beds await you at Juniper Springs Resort, and you need to visit Mammoth Rock while you're here. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Mammoth Mountain is right next door
to Twin Lakes, and don't leave Twin Lakes without first paying a visit to Twin Falls. Devils Postpile National Monument is a fine local destination here at Twin Lakes, and a wonderful place to camp here at Twin Lakes is Cold Water
Campground. If you come at the right time of year, San Joaquin River - Middle Fork offers some great whitewater, and close by you come across the Sherwin Lakes Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. This site, the Central Sierra
Nevada, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Going for a hike on the John Muir Trail - section 2 is always a great adventure; the peak of Crystal Crag can be made out from Twin Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like
Lake Barrett right next door to Twin Lakes is a good place to visit, and a golf course close by is Snowcreek Golf Course. From a precipitation point of view Twin Lakes is a quite normal location; most of the rain falls through
January while June is usually the driest month. At Twin Lakes throughout the summer months highs are in the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Twin Lakes temperatures fall to the 20's.
