    In California there are many beautiful lakes, Twin Lakes is one of them. Twin Lakes is located in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to go to some out of the ordinary stuff, go to Mammoth Rock, and a wonderful place is Mammoth Pass. This site, the Central Sierra Nevada, has so much outdoors entertaining things. At Twin Lakes you can catch a sight of Crystal Crag, and if you come at the right time of year, Mono Creek offers some  
   good whitewater.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Cold Water Campground, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on San Joaquin River - Middle Fork. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Central Sierra Nevada. The John Muir Trail - section 2 offers hiking at its best, and swing by Cold Water Creek it's a delightful location to go to. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Twin Lakes. If you came for
 
               an overnight stay McGee Creek RV Park and Campground is a delightful place to camp; unsurprisingly, all our national parks are fine locations to stop at and Devils Postpile National Monument is no exception.
You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada. Bottomless Pit is a beautiful site any time of year. Lakes? Sure, Mammoth Lakes is close by. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Twin Lakes. A perfect close by hotel is Bigwood, and the snow is great at June Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Snowcreek Golf Course is a brilliant golf course close by.
Hiking is a popular thing to do around Twin Lakes; Sherwin Lakes Trail is a great local trail, and why not head up to Mammoth Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. A short tour to Twin Falls is always worthwhile, and great hiking is available along the Mammoth Rock Trail. Twin Lakes is a good spot of normal precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is June.
At Twin Lakes throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are usually in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Twin Lakes are in the 20's. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Lake Mamie, and after a long day outdoors Discovery 4 Condominiums is a brilliant place to spend a night or two.
