This lake is so wonderful. On a gorgeous day you obtain a panorama of Bug Creek Butte from Twin Lakes; during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Eureka-Arcata-Fortuna for sure. If you're into cool geologic marks, try Rooster Rock, and close by you discover the Grouse Creek Tractor Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. During the warmest time of the year, highs commonly are in the 60's at Twin Lakes; the night is a little cooler of course, ordinarily

| | in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's; overnight lows in the 40's for Twin Lakes. Redwood Creek is a great whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Twin Lakes. There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Lazy Double B Park is a magnificent place for that. is so wonderful. Howard Johnson Express Arcata is a fine location to get some rest; going for a hike on the Pilot Ridge Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Yeah, come up here to the Coast Ranges for a pleasant time. Lakes are such
peaceful sites, why not pop by Snow Camp Lake in the neighborhood of Twin Lakes, and if you came to camp Boise Creek Campground is a pleasant location to do that. Twin Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. You just
can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area close to Twin Lakes has to offer. There is a nice hiking trail in close proximity to Twin Lakes called the Grouse Creek Tractor Way, and you'll hit upon a scenic lake
called Lake Prairie. Be careful coming to the Coast Ranges, you might not ever wanna go home again. You can run the rapids of Mad River close to Twin Lakes, and why not take a little trip to Smokehouse Creek if you're here.
