A quick trip to Nibs Slough near Turner Lake is a good idea, and Turner Lake is a glorious spot to visit for more than one day, Bentley's Marina and RV Park is a glorious spot to camp nearby. Turner Lake gets very little precipitation; most of the rain falls through January, and August is when it's the driest.       At Turner Lake you always meet someone from Stockton. High temperatures at Turner Lake through the summertime are in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's; overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Turner Lake tend to be in the 30's. Playing golf is lots of fun at Bethel Island Golf Course, and a lake close by is Willow Lake. If only every location had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great world it would                  be. Sugar Barge Resort and Marina is a wonderful local campground; Prisoners Point is not far at all. This lake is so wonderful.
