The friendly people of Stockton like to hang out close by. A wonderful location to camp here at Turner Lake is Bentley's Marina and RV Park, and a pleasant swamp close to Turner Lake is Beaver Slough. There's some flowing water close by, Nibs Slough is a stream you can stop by while you're here, and Turner Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Sugar Barge Resort and Marina is a great       local campground. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Turner Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are usually in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Turner Lake temperatures plunge to the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Brentwood, Ca; if you're here you must have a look at Prisoners Point. Turner Lake is pretty waterless regularly; January is the month that gets                  the most rain, and August is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
