Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Alameda Creek, and this is a popular place for folks from San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Garden Court Inn is a great place to       spend a night or two; why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Sunol Valley Golf Club. The Lagoon is a nearby lake that you could pop by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Tule Pond has to offer, you can camp at The Fair Park RV. This place, Tule Pond, it simply has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Morrison Canyon is next to Tule Pond and is a glorious location, and there's whitewater on Arroyo Hondo River for all you                  thrill seekers. This lake is so wonderful. All through the months of summer at Tule Pond highs are frequently in the 70's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's while Tule Pond night low temperatures during the winter are in the 40's. Tule Pond gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; through January this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
