Camping is available at Antlers - Shasta-Trinity National Forest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Bear Creek. Yeah, come here to Tule Lake for a nice time. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not stop by Coleman Forebay next to Tule Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Anderson Inn. | | year here at Tule Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. During the winter highs are typically in the 50's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Tule Lake. Lots of rainfall falls at Tule Lake; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain; July is when it's the driest. National Forest is a splendid place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful lake like Elks Lake in close proximity to Tule Lake is a fine location to check out, and if you come at the right time of year, Battle Creek offers some great whitewater.

The O'Nite Park is located 3/4 mile east of Red Bluff near the Sacramento River just west of I-5. Convenient to Red Bluff stores and restaurants, O'Nite Park is a perfect jumping off point for side trips to white water and other Tehama County recreation areas. The Sacramento River and Reeds Creek are nearby. Sixteen miles away, Antelope Creek features a glorious whitewater paddling spot. Bidwell Mansion State Park is well worth a trip, or you might opt for getting drenched paddling on Cottonwood Creek which feeds into to the South Fork of the Klamath River. If you prefer golf you can head to the Oak Creek Golf Course...just two miles from O'Nite. There are lots of choices. Everyone loves the Woodsen State Park and along Battle Creek, the whitewater paddling is terrific. In Summer, temperatures at the O'Nite Park reach the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's.
