The warmest time of the year at Tule Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's,       and through the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Tule Lake. Tule Lake is located in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Tule Lake is a tremendous place to visit for more than one day, Vermilion Campground is a tremendous place to camp nearby, and Bolsillo Creek is close to Tule Lake and is always a bliss to stop at. Don't leave Tule Lake without first going for a hike along the Red Mountain Trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Mammoth Mountain is a delightful place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Bolsillo Campground is a delightful local campground, and glide down the rapids of Mono Creek in a kayak. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Get yourself into a kayak and hit San Joaquin River - South Fork; a magnificent nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada. Good hiking is available along the Sherwin Lakes Trail; if you need a site to stay Snowcreek Resort is a great choice. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Tule Lake; Mammoth Rock Trail is a good local trail, and Devils Table is simple to spot from Tule Lake.
