Near El Toro Lake you come across the San Clemente Trail which is a great hiking trail; a magnificent place to camp here at El Toro Lake is Saddle Mountain Recreation Park. El Toro Lake is pretty dehydrated commonly; the wettest month of the year is regularly January, that's the one that rains the most while July is usually the driest month. Having a magnificent time in the Santa Lucia Range is simple.
