Thurston Lake is a beautiful lake in the Klamath Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Indian Beach is next to Thurston Lake if you're in a beach type of mood, and Dry Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Thurston Lake gets a common amount of annual rain; during January this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! | | Creek Flat Trail is brilliant fun. There's whitewater on Little Sulphur Creek for all you thrill seekers; the peak of Roundtop Mountain can be distinguished from Thurston Lake. Thurston Lake truly is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. Thurston Lake is right by the Bucknell Trail, and since you're here, you could also stop by stunning Pinkeye Lake. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more cool things to do here in the Klamath Mountains. | |

Big Sulphur Creek; Grigsby Draw is also a pleasant place to explore. For the period of the summertime at Thurston Lake temperatures are mostly in the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The winter comes with
highs in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Thurston Lake temperatures dip to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Austin's Campground and Marina is a perfect site to camp, and lots
of people from Clearlake come here. The Cadd Fire Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Lake Escape Resort is a magnificent location to spend a night or two.
