A spree to Devils Postpile National Monument is recommended, and Three Island Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Jackass's Meadows Campground is a great place to camp nearby. So much cool stuff to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too great to be true. It is very dried up here at Three Island Lake       frequently; most of the rain falls during January; June is when it's the driest. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Lakes are pleasant; Sharp Note Lake is a lake that's near Three Island Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada. At Three Island Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the                  40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Three Island Lake through the winter mostly fall into the 20's. Man, is there lots of entertaining things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. If the weather is wonderful, you obtain a brilliant sight of Mount Seneger from Three Island Lake, and Selden Pass is another good location to have a look at close by. This lake is so wonderful. This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes.
