Best Western Trailside Inn is a nice location to get some rest, and if you came to camp Sully's Trailer Lodge is a tremendous place to do that. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Southern Cascade Range. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Alturas is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two; do stop by Goose Pond,       it's a pretty lake. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Teal Pond highs are regularly in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Teal Pond. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Cascade Range. Some close by water includes Jim Creek; Teal Pond is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Big Sage Campground is a tremendous local                  campground. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Pine Creek Trail, and while you're here, you could also go to pretty Duck Pond.
