This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Stanislaus River - Middle Fork, and The Mountain Club is a pleasant site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There's tremendous hiking along the Emigrant Trail; Twin Meadows Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Silver

| | Valley Campground is a magnificent campground nearby, and since you're here, you could also take a look at beautiful Lost Lake. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada. The skiing at Bear Valley is great, and Sword Lake is right by the Charity Valley Trail. year is July. High temperatures at Sword Lake during the warm months are in the 60's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Sword Lake dipping down into the 10's
all through winter nights. The Pacific Crest Trail - section 13 offers hiking at its best; Mokelumne River - North Fork has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. That right there is lots of entertaining stuff already but
it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. After a long day outdoors The Meadow is a fine place to spend a night or two, and the wonderful folks of Phoenix Lake-Cedar Ridge like to hang out close by. Yep, outdoors cool things
to do are in fact plentiful here at Sword Lake. Everybody close by loves skiing at Dodge Ridge, and if you came for an overnight stay Niagra Campground is a great place to camp.
